All MFS rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), and based on the current rate sheet effective from August 01, 2010.
Basis of Hire: " WET HIRE" - MFS aircraft hire rates are based on "wet hire" rates which means that fuel and oil are included. However the cost of fuel purchased by the hirer away from Moorabbin Airport, will be reimbursed to the hirer at the current MFS fuel rate. The wet hire also includes insurance.
Landing Fees: The Single Engine Aircraft rates include all landing fees excluding: Essendon, Avalon, Ayers Rock, primary airports and other abnormally high charge airports. The Seminole rates include the Moorabbin Landing charge only. In addition, landings at night that incur a landing charge, will be on charged accordingly. IFR flights will incur an additional charge of $5 per hour to cover en-route and airways charges from Air Services Australia. Overnight Parking fees are not included in the rates.
Please note - MFS quotes both Dual and Solo rates, and not a combined "flight training" rate, meaning during your training when flying solo you only pay the solo rate.
